Welcome to the Horseferry Road–Westminster site, where an exciting new development is currently underway. Our project involves the construction of a striking three-story building featuring five luxury flats. One of the unique challenges we face is integrating the new construction seamlessly with a listed portion of the existing building—ensuring a harmonious blend of old and new.

This development is anchored by a bespoke three‑storey block of five luxury flats. Each residence is meticulously designed with modern finishes, expansive living areas, and sophisticated detailing to deliver both comfort and elegance.
Luxury Flats
From high-end finishes to state-of-the-art appliances, every flat is crafted to meet the highest standards. Our goal is to provide refined, contemporary living while maintaining a timeless appeal.
Integration with a Listed Building
The project sits adjacent to, and is partially integrated with, an existing listed structure. Our team has worked tirelessly to preserve the building’s heritage character, using matching materials and sympathetic detailing to ensure the new construction complements the historic portion rather than overpowers it.
Playing in the Big League
Tackling this scale and architectural complexity offered us a platform to showcase our expertise. The success of this project has helped establish our reputation for creative solutions and precision in high-stakes environments.
Finalising the Project
Expectations from the client were ambitious—and I'm proud to say we exceeded them.
This is truly a fantastic building with equally fantastic finishes. Retaining the heritage aesthetic was a significant challenge—but the result speaks for itself: a new building designed in an old style, seamlessly interwoven with its classical predecessor.
We were honoured when the project received recognition for its exceptional finishes—winning 1st Place in the FTI Installation Awards 2025—a testament to the skill and dedication of our team.
